Not sure if I am putting this in the right place but I will give it a shot. I just purchased a pardner pump. I have seen on here where it was loaded with a total of 6 rounds. One in the chamber and 5 in the tube. My problem is that on the back of my instruction book it says it has a capacity of 3. One in the chamber and 2 in the tube. I took out the spring and there is a plastic rod in there that limits my capacity. My question is, would it hurt anything to take the plastic rod out so that I can have a larger capacity?
